The Friends of Llanelian are a registered Charity (number 1084598) committed to raising funds to benefit the children of Ysgol y Plas.
The “Friends of Llanelian” would like to thank everyone in the village for their very kind recent donations for the “Dragon Box” for Ysgol y Plas school, it is very much appreciated.
Ysgol y Plas, Llanelian is a Church in Wales Primary School located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Old Colwyn.
The ‘Friends’ are made up of parents, teachers and school governors who organise and run events throughout the year to raise money to improve the school and facilities.
They welcome ideas and contributions from anyone in the community.
If you want to help the ‘Friends’ raise funds for new IT and sports equipment consider choosing them as your ‘cause to support’ with your Co-op membership card.
They will also be collecting adults and children clothes, shoes/trainers, handbags, belts and accessories, underwear and socks by way of a Dragon Box at the school. One of the ‘Friends’ would be happy to collect any contributions you want to make to support this from October 2018.
